That’s right, the secrets of Linkedin I’m going to share with you in the next few minutes has helped hundreds of my career coaching clients find their dream jobs and that often comes with a nice salary increase
Many of you are familiar with my career coaching and the volunteer work I’ve done in the job search community. I continually look to find ways to help and inspire people – it’s my purpose and my dream job! One of the things that I know to be true is our brains have the amazing potential to create what we imagine whether what we focus on is positive or negative. Therefore having a process that helps you to focus is certainly a better use of your time. The challenge is that we ALL have distractions in life – family, relationships, kids, money, etc. The biggest distractions usually come from “what you believe”. i.e. I believe this is a bad economy and that I won’t find a job…

Linkedin 101 – Your Online Presence - This module is designed to get you up to speed with why your online profile which in today’s world is more important than your resume. This module focuses on how to create a profile using the latest keyword technologies so that recruiters and decision makers find you online. The module also addresses how applicant tracking systems (ATS) screen candidates out, and teaches methods for making it through the initial screening. An important aspect that this module addresses is why managing your Cyber presence is crucial in today’s job market and will be for the rest of your career. Linkedin 102 – Set & Track Goals - This module is designed to help you get clear on your “Dream Job”, your target employer, and how to use several Linkedin tools (i.e.company search, advanced search, inmails/introductions and others). There are several powerful Job Search specific strategies taught. In addition there is a a tracking system methodology taught which will allow you to track your flood or results. There are approximately 16 videos in this series.
Linkedin 103 – Expand Your Network – This module is designed to help you get clear on how to use the Linkedin system to create internal allies inside your target companies, build relationships with decision makers, and conquer cold calls in an EASY format. Additionally this module outlines a specific Time Management System specifically for job seekers, and teaches a powerful network building strategies that will last a lifetime! There are approximately 18 videos in this series.
Linkedin 104 – Groups & Advanced Techniques - This module is designed to help you understand the power of Linkedin Groups. When used properly, this tool can get you in front of decision makers in the most professional and interpersonal way. The module also focuses on “group etiquette”, group discussions, target companies who use groups, using advanced techniques i.e. Linkedin Mobile so that you are always in touch with important movement in your network,( i.e. Job Interviews.) This series has approximately 10 videos.
The content for Leveraging Linkedin is updated quarterly, therefore, there are new courses being added in regular intervals, as Linkedin continues to expand it’s tools – which is quite frequently.

I got as far as the part about join linked-in and then everything froze. I did try the previous lesson to launch the next lesson but never got a screen with a play button. I have no idea how to get back into the system.
